Vetodeck UD is a multi-layer deck protection system comprising a primer, waterproof membrane and protective top coat. All components are applied in the liquid phase and react chemically to form a tough, flexible, protective surface. Vetodeck AD system is designed to provide an added level of protection to, new and existing, heavily trafficked areas.

Original sealed bags of Vetodeck UD components has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry and shaded place below 35ºC.
Apply Vetoprime EP490 to the prepared surface at a wet film thickness of 100 microns.
Apply Vetotop UC363 to Vetoprime EP490 surface at a wet film thickness of 750 - 900 microns. For best results Vetotop UC363 should be applied with a notched trowel or squeegee. If Vetotop UC363 is still wet, seed with Saveto Vetograin - Grain No. 2 at a rate of 0.5kg/m2 and allow to cure for 16 hours at 25ºC.
Apply Vetotop UC370 top coat to the membrane coat at a wet film thickness of 300 microns. When application is complete the system should be permitted to cure for 72 hours @ 35°C or 7 days @ 25°C prior to being trafficked.
Apply Vetotop UC373 as a line marking paint. Vetotop UC373 is available in a range of traffice RAL colors.
All tools and equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with Vetonit Solvent.
Existing surfaces should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt curing compound, etc.
Laitance and weak surface layer shall be removed using mechanical methods such as grinding or blasting in order to provide a sound well profiled surface. All necessary repairs should be made prior to application by using the same material. New concrete floors shall be at least 5 days old and visibly dry with no standing water on top.
New concrete surfaces should have reached 80% of their intended physical properties - generally only achieved after a minimum curing period of 28 days. Existing concrete sur-
faces must be prepared to provide a clean, sound substrate
Vetodeck UD Components should not come into contact with skin and eyes or be swallowed. Avoid inhalation of vapour and spray. Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation wear suitable respiratory protection. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Barrier creams provide additional skin protection.
Should accidental skin contact occur, remove immediately with a suitable skin cleanser followed by washing with soap and water.In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately - do not induce vomiting.
